Scientific Advisory Committee

Membership in the Weinberg Family Cerebral Palsy Center Scientific Advisory Committee is limited to a small number of dedicated researchers and scientists in the field who have a desire to advance cerebral palsy research. Members bring unique perspectives to our efforts and are instrumental in:

  • Providing strategic guidance and direction for the Center’s research and scientific programs.
  • Facilitating partnerships to further lifespan research for persons with cerebral palsy. These include Columbia University collaborations as well as those with external partners.
  • Collaborating with researchers and liaisons to AACPDM on how best to create translational research that the Center can help put into practice.
  • Providing scientific advice as requested by the Center’s Executive Medical Director and Research Team including review of grant proposals and potential areas for new research.
